Raw Material Mixing Tanks

Raw Material Mixing Tanks: The Heart of the Lightweight Block Production Process

At Silice Ara factory, the raw material mixing tanks represent the first and one of the most crucial stages in the production of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) lightweight blocks. In this phase, key materials such as silica sand, lime, cement, aluminum powder, and water are precisely combined to maximize the quality of the raw materials. Silica sand, as the key structural element of these blocks, provides high thermal and acoustic insulation properties, while lime and cement contribute to the strength and durability of the structures. Aluminum powder plays a vital role in the chemical reaction that creates porosity in the concrete, ultimately lightening the blocks and enhancing their thermal insulation characteristics.

Silice Ara utilizes advanced technologies and modern equipment to ensure that the raw material mixing is performed with the highest precision and quality. This process not only increases the durability and strength of the blocks but also reduces their weight and improves structural efficiency. Because the mixing tanks are designed to allow precise adjustment of material ratios, this facilitates the production of uniform and high-quality blocks.

With a focus on sustainability and reducing environmental impact, Silice Ara strives to use raw materials that deliver high performance while helping to preserve the environment. At this stage, rigorous quality control and continuous monitoring of the raw material mixture are conducted as part of Silice Ara’s high production standards to ensure that the final products meet international standards for customers.

Other Stages:

Silica Cakes and Curing Rooms

After molding, silica cakes enter curing rooms where temperature and humidity are controlled to ensure the final strength and quality of the blocks.

Ready for Cutting Line

After autoclaving, silica cakes are fully prepared to enter the cutting line for precise cutting and final strength inspection.
