After molding and forming the initial shape, the silica cakes enter the curing rooms. In these rooms, temperature and humidity are precisely controlled to ensure the autoclaving and curing process is optimally performed. During this process, the internal chemical composition of the blocks is strengthened due to high pressure and temperature, which increases their density and strength. Precise control of environmental conditions in the curing rooms helps prevent unwanted cracks or defects in the blocks.

After completing this process, the silica cakes are carefully inspected and removed from the curing rooms. They are then directed to the cutting lines to be cut into precise and standard dimensions. This stage ensures that the final blocks are ready for use in construction projects and guarantees their high quality.
