
Silice Ara Company (Private Joint Stock), as one of the subsidiaries of Kansar Pajouh Industrial Mining Group, was established with the aim of producing autoclaved lightweight concrete blocks (Sillex). In response to the growing demand of the construction industry for modern and sustainable materials, the company has obtained the necessary permits from the General Directorate of Industry and Mines of Zanjan Province and commenced its operations in Khorramdareh County. The first phase of the company’s production line, utilizing advanced equipment and skilled workforce, has reached the operational stage. It is hoped that with the development of subsequent phases, the production of various reinforced ceiling and wall panels will also be added to the product portfolio. Silice Ara Company has also successfully obtained the technical certificate for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete and offers its products based on national and international standards.

After initial studies and feasibility assessments, the execution of this project began in 2007 on a 7-hectare land in Khorramdareh County, Zanjan Province. Utilizing advanced equipment and skilled workforce, the first phase of the production line was commissioned in February 2009. The company, focusing on the production of lightweight concrete blocks and using modern technology in manufacturing, plays an important role in the development of the construction industry. Additionally, the company has successfully obtained the technical certificate for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) and ensured its products comply with national building regulations.

The Silice Ara factory is located in Khorramdareh County, Zanjan Province, covering an area of 7 hectares and situated 230 kilometers from Tehran. With 150 skilled personnel and access to highly pure silica, this factory produces 300,000 cubic meters of Sillex blocks annually and ships them to all parts of the country as well as to other countries.
